Welcome to A E Veterinary Physiotherapy
Hello I'm Amy Edwards, a fully qualified and insured Veterinary Physiotherapist, BSc (Hons) MNAVP. A E Veterinary Physiotherapy is based in Hertfordshire and I provide a mobile physiotherapy service for animals across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Growing up surrounded by horses, dogs, cats, and other animals has enhanced my passion for the veterinary industry along with many years working on a sheep farm. This in turn has led me to pursuing a career in Veterinary Physiotherapy, I studied BSc (Hons) Veterinary Physiotherapy at Moreton Morrell College (Warwickshire). After completing my degree I was able to join the National Association of Veterinary physiotherapists, who ensure the highest standards of veterinary Physiotherapy are carried out to maintain a good quality of life for all animals. As well as spending time with clients' animals I also enjoy spending time with my own animals which include my Border Collie Maisy and two Dartmoor Hill ponies Ted and Woody.
I have a strong interest in the musculoskeletal system of animals and how this in turn affects their movement and conditions associated with this. Veterinary physiotherapy is a developing industry with many owners choosing this type of treatment as an alternative or addition to medicinal management. I strive to treat all animals that come my way with a gentle, empathetic approach. Each treatment is tailored to the individual to help improve function and quality of life. I also work closely with my owners, vets and other professionals that are involved to devise a treatment plan that is safe and effective.
